Actual specifications, dimensions, thickness tolerances, and finishes for toughened, laminated, insulated, and fabricated glass products are confirmed only through a formal written quotation or order confirmation issued by the Company.
Any quotation provided by the Company is valid for the period stated therein and is subject to material availability, manufacturing capacity, and final confirmation of site/architectural drawings. An order is deemed accepted only upon written confirmation from the Company, typically following receipt of an agreed advance payment.
Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and transportation/installation charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms (advance, milestone, or credit) are agreed on a per-order basis and specified in the order confirmation/invoice.
Toughened, laminated, and custom-cut glass are manufactured to the dimensions and specifications provided by the customer or their architect/contractor. Industry-standard manufacturing tolerances apply to thickness, size, and edge finish. The Company is not liable for design or measurement errors originating from drawings or specifications supplied by the customer.
All content on this Website, including the Siba Toughened logo, trademarks, text, and graphics, is the property of Siba Toughened Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
While the Company takes all reasonable care in manufacturing and fabrication, it shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or breakage of glass products beyond the value of the goods supplied, except where required by applicable Indian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cuttack, Odisha.
